Hi, I'm Miyuki Andvik
For a long time, I could not put my finger on what made some relationships feel meaningful while others did not feel right. I did not understand why some conversations flowed easily while others fell flat. I wanted more than small talk. I wanted meaningful connection, but I did not know how to create it, and at times it felt out of reach.
That started to change when I got curious about the art of connection. I began learning what makes relationships feel safe and real, and over time, I realized something that shifted everything:
Deeper connection is something you can build with intention.
It is something we can learn, practice, and nurture.
Meaningful connection grows when we get to know ourselves and learn how to respond to others with presence and curiosity. The art of connection is a lifelong practice. It is not something you master once and for all. I am still practicing and learning, and I will continue to do so.
That is why I like to think of myself as a curator of the art of connection. I take what I learn, notice, and live, and translate it into simple practices people can use.
My hope is that what I curate helps you take one small step at a time, so deeper connection becomes something you can build intentionally, not just something you wish for.
